Ingredients
- 1 serving of BarnDad’s FiberDX® German Chocolate Shake
- 1-2 TBSP Unsweetened Applesauce*
- 2 TBSP Egg Whites
- 1/4 Cup of Water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes
- Let cool then enjoy!
*Can be used without applesauce. Replace applesauce with additional 3 TBSP of water. We encourage you to add your own favorite ingredients to this recipe.
