- 1 box of sugar free jello pudding (any flavor)
- 2 scoops of any whey protein (any flavor)
- 2 scoops of BFDX
- 2 cups of skim milk (for a thinner density add as much needed)
- Put in a bowl 1 box of the sugar free jello pudding, 2 scoops of whey protein and 2 scoops of the BFDX.
- Add 2 cups of skim milk.
- Mix together with a whisk for 3-5 mins.
- Then put it in the refrigerator until it settles.
