Ingredients

• 2 Scoops of BarnDad’s FiberDX German Chocolate Shake
• 8 Ounces of Water or Almond Milk
• Popsicle Ice Molds

Directions

1. Mix together in shaker cup.
2. Pour into the molds.
3. Freeze and Enjoy!
